The compensation system at Dominion Strategies consists of monthly gross salaries as well as special incentive-based bonus payments according to your specific role.  Compensation is competitive and based on your experience and expertise.

Experience Required
  • 1 to 2 years experience in public relations.
  • Completed undergraduate coursework in journalism, marketing communications or business.
  • Superb writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Positive attitude in a deadline-oriented environment.
